Christmas Miracle

Have you ever experienced one? Well, we just did yesterday.  Our good hearted neighbor whom I often mentioned in my previous blog how nice they were to us eversince the day we just move in here give us a christmas card. You might asked where’s the miracle in it? Well, in their card was included an enormous amount of money that we didn’t even expect, maybe from a relative or a really close friend but not from them, I mean, I know they are nice but that amount makes them super extra nice....

A few days ago,I blog about how glad I am because it’s been in a middle of December yet but still no snow in sight, but what do I know, the next day, the ground was all white.  Luckily, it was also the beginning of my boy’s winter break, so inspite of not a snow-free December like what I’m hoping for eventhough I know it’s impossible I’m still thankful because the snow is not that thick somewhat tolerable.  I know in the east cost how much they suffer with so much... 

OWM#20:Snowed In

It snowed last night.  It was so far the first snow of the season, although we had a few flurries a few days back that basically gone the next day, but last night was the first somewhat heavy snowfall. The snow is not thick enough for a sleigh, I bet even the Detroit river is not hard enough to turn it into a Skating Rink, the skaters need to wait for a while.  As for the boys, as much as they are so itching to play outside, we can’t let them yet, Patrick was barking like crazy for a few... 

Thank God On Friday

Thank God indeed! There are so many things to be thankful for and I don’t even know where to start. Christmas is only one week away to be exact and I’m thankful that even in our tight budget we still suqeeze a few bucks to buy the boys a present, even my in-laws from US already sent theirs and I’m Thankful for that.
