I just found out recently that there are three of us, Filipina, working in that company.  Although I’ve seen them and ate with them on the same table during my first few days,  but I thought they were Chinese because of their cheenky eyes. One day, the other one, whom I found out her name is Imelda, approached me in my workstation, and I was so surprised because she also knew my name. She asked me if I’m a Filipino, I said yes, that day,she was in the afternoon shift, and what a coincidence... 

I feel like doing the happy dance when I read hubby’s text message telling me that my shift for tomorrow was cancelled, I was like, Thank God because I could really use a day-off now.
