I heard so much about Food for the Brain but no drink to help it works better. Well, not anymore, because there are so many studies lately that shows how Coffee help to boost our brain power if taken with any sugary snack. According to the article..

Researcher Dr J. Serra Grabulosa said: “The two substances improve cognitive performance by increasing the efficiency of the two areas of the brain responsible for sustained attention and working memory. The brain is more efficient under the combined effect of the two substances, since it needs fewer resources to produce the same level of performance than when volunteers took only caffeine, glucose or water.”

I’m not really a coffee drinker though. I mean, I do drink coffee but not everyday. Sometimes,I feel like drinking just a cup in the morning and that’s it. But after reading this, I think I’m gonna start forming a morning hobby, of drinking a cup of coffee everyday. With just a cup a day, there’s no way I’ll get addicted to it and I am sure I won’t be needing the non 12 step rehab programs in the future. As they always said, everything in moderation is ok!

There is no specific location in the brain where behavior is started. Behavior is a continuing process. There are areas in the parietal cortex where movements are signaled before they are actually performed.
