It was fun and definitely a very busy for us.The Music Ministry in our church held their first concert and of course, as a part of the leadership,we need to give our all-out support. I’ve been busy the whole week with all the paper works that needs to be done and making calls, then last Friday night, we stayed up until after 12mn preparing all the ingridients for the food. It’s a free concerts and the church have to shoulder all the expenses and we are so Thankful to GOD because it was really an answered prayer. From the place itself,the food and everything. The whole concert is a part of our evangelism campaign towards the Filipino contract worker here in Canada.Our aim is to make them feel at home and lessen their homesickness by providing them a church with family-like relationship.
Anyway, like I said, it was a very busy weekend,not only for me but for the whole Family. Saturday morning, we went back helping other fellow members prepared and cooked the food while hubby help the Music leaders in their stage preparation,Patrick was also praticing his drums becayse they have to perform as well.
I was assigned at the registration during the concert;
