Back when I was still in the Philippines although I never thought that it’ll came a time that I’ll be able to experience snow, I’m always drooling over winter coat that I saw on Magazines or on the foreign movies and everytime,I always dreamt of having one without even thinking how am I going to use it in tropical country and where am I going to buy it if anything.
Fast forward, when I came to US (almost, I went to US July 2001) 10 years ago,my first goal was to buy my dream coat, but to my dismayed, my Aunt was then,lived in CA where snow is not a part of their winter,unless in the mountain part. When I move with hubby in Ohio where Snow means 3 months of winter wonderland, I knew that I finally be able to own a coat and to my excitement, my first winter coat cost me err hubby a whopping $300, blame it to him who thought it’s cheap.To punish myself (because I seriously feel so guilty about it) for owning such expensive coat, I make it sure that I always used it to get my money’s worth and I didn’t buy another one until after 8 years, and this time, my coat only cost me $24 because I bought it on Spring time, meaning,it was on SALE! :lol:
I only use this coat for special occasion,and since it’s already Springtime,it’s now back in our winter closet. And no,that’s not me, it’s the picture from the online shop although I wish I’m as pretty as she!. :)

buti pa dyan momi W, malamig ang springtime- dito hot na yun. We only get to take out our winter clothes from december-february, and that’s dry winter pa.
