We went to Manila Ocean Park last Saturday together with my kumare and her family (she and her husband is Kendrick’s only Godparents)It was nice to have fun with the boys,I was actually planning to go there that Sunday, but they asked Kendrick if he want to go with them,(as always),so Patrick and I just followed afterwards. The place was nice, but there’s still few construction going on within the vicinity.I think they gonna build a hotel next to it.If you check the website,it’s pretty cool and the entrance fee(Php400 adult,Php350 kids) is just fair, although I expect more than what I saw. I mean they’re trying to do it just like the Ocean Park in Hongkong, but I guess it’s still a long way. The boys had fun watching so many fish with so many different colors and then we went to Luneta right after since the park was located just behind the Grandstand. I already forgot when was the last time I went there. Rizal is still standing proudly with his very loyal guard, but the park itself is not as clean as before. I wish the government do something to revive it because it’s a really nice place for the family, just to hang around, bonding with friends, let the time passed, and then watch the world with all the hassle and dazzle.
Then last monday,I went to the dentist to get my teeth clean, but the dentist found out I have a Periodontitis (I think I heard it right), it’s severe case of Gingivitis, and she said that my teeth is perfectly fine (thank God!) but it’s my gums that I have to worry about. She said that I need to do the treatment sooner than later, I told her that I’m already aware of it since I also went to our family dentist in US,but I decided to do the treatment here since the total cost of treatment is $550 and here I can do it for only Php1100.00 for three sessions. She prescribed a mouthwash(Orahex) because according to her, those regular mouthwash will give you the fresh breath but it won’t heal my gums. I hope to get it done before we leave for Canada.
And the last but not the least, I just wanna post my latest crosstitch project,I outdone myself this time for finishing this one for less than 3 weeks. I was supposed to post the framed picture but I forgot,so just settle for this.(*smile*) . I still have one at home,it was Mickey Mouse, and I did it for only 2 days,no big deal though because the design wasn’t too big at all. I also have two pending design, but I’ll take it to Canada with me,what I’m gonna do is to buy all the materials that I need, because it’s a lot cheaper here. I got lucky because hunny is very supportive of me and he don’t mind me spending money buying the stuff (hey! he bought me a book cost $25) specially when I was still in US since I can’t buy a small piece of DMC Thread there,I have to buy the whole piece. Right now, I’m on with the Last Supper,my cousin asked me to do it for her,I know I’m running out of time with it because we’re leaving sooner, and I told her I have to bring it and then I’ll just send her the finish product. It’s my first time that someone asked me to do it ,I mean I only crosstitch for fun,as a hobby (aside from reading and shopping) and now it feels good that somebody appreciate it and she’s willing to pay me for doing it,but no,I want to have fun with it,I’ll do it because I want to,not because I need to.
