The OC part of me usually don’t combined two memes but today I have to break my own li’l blogging rules :D . Moving on, as I mentioned in my SmartMommy blog last Thursday about Patrick getting an award for his achievement in Math for second quarter, the award ceremony was held last Friday at the school’s gym during their monthly assembly time. I’m glad that Patrick is consistently doing good in school, last April of last year, he bagged the award for Excellence in Language & Arts and then the Math this time.
Anyway, while waiting for the event to start, I take my time taking pictures of whatever I see in the gym, like this Eagle that is beautifully painted on the wall, it is the school’s symbol;
of course, as expected, the ceremony started on time, after a li’l bit of introduction they started handing the award certificate for deserving students, here’s Patrick while his teacher is giving him the certificate;
my smart boy , he was actually not feeling very well and I let him stay home the previous day because I don’t want him to missed his proud moments,
then there’s a little entertainment after, a groip of students perform a group dance;
It was truly a great week for us,especially for a mom like me. :)
