. . .that’s how I felt when I found out that our nextdoor neighbor is moving.  They just put a for sale sign in their front lawn. It was kinda sad because both of them are really nice to us.  When we moved here a few months ago, she make us feel more than welcome.  Whenever they see us, she always greet us.  It wasn’t a long time ago when she handed me a few cartons of chocolate milk that Patrick seem to enjoy. I don’t know what really happen, like why they need or want to sell their house, with the current economy right now, it’s not really surprising.  They are selling their house without any help from any agency, unlike my friend who live in Texas who hire an Austin Realtor when they decided to sell and buy a smaller house. I remember the last time I talked to her bragging that she hired one from the Best Austin Realtor company in the state. And since the company is very well-known having the best customer service in the field, my friend never really had a hard time selling their house and looking for a new one because of the quality of works that the realtor company offer.  Everything was really a breeze. Anyway, I’m just hoping that whoever buy their house, they will be as nice as our neighbor.
