I did not know that there are so many types of Fatigue specially with women. After reading the information aboug CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) I thought, that is all there is, until I came across with another website that talks about another type of Fatigue called, PVFS (post viral fatigue sydrome). Although there is no major difference among the two, but in some certain cases, PVFS is the cause of CFS ,plus the fact that the post viral fatigue symptoms are quite different with CFS.
Anyway, I personally think that us, as a woman, we needed to be responsible for our own health, specially if you have a family to take care of. Knowing what is really wrong with us is very important because it will informed us in return to seek the right help.We have to listen to what our body is saying, we need to learned the difference of the feeling of fatigue than just simply being tired.
The good thing about all this kind of “fatigue” is, there are so many options that will help you take care of it , like proper diet, a few lifestyle changes and supplent which is always readili available in the market, then you, at the same time, could take care of what is more important.

Hello Willa,
This is a great idea to share with other women that there is another form of fatigue.
I’d also like to share with you and your readers, that as a nurse working for a Blood Donation center in the U.S.A., that women with chronic fatigue syndrome should not donate blood; this was a recent finding in the past six months and we had to provide a poster at our Blood Drives cautioning against this.
